Breeding the Arabian to the Morgan, two horses that stand exceptionally well on their own, brings out and enhances the strong qualities of both breeds.
The number of quality Purebred Morgan and Purebred Arabian lines helps prevent poor breeding. All breeders of Morabs must breed for type, conformation and temperament. Poor breeding practices are not to be encouraged. To help us achieve this goal we are having all Generation Morabs undergo an approval process in order to be recognized as breeding stock to generate future Morab generations.
The established registries of the Arabian and Morgan helps assure pureness and stability in the foundation. Along with DNA testing for parent verification the records will be kept in a most accurate state.
To be recognized as breeding stock, the Generation Morabs must go through an Approval Process and will continue to go through an Approval Process through all following generations. This gives more of a guarantee towards characteristic and genetic stability as well as quality and type.
